Here’s the hard truth: those aren’t goals. Those are results. When you only focus on the outcome, you ignore the very things that produce it. If you want to move the needle in 2026, you have to stop staring at the scorecard and start obsessing over your process. 

The Shift: 
❌ Result: Break 90. 
✅ Process: Commit to 20 minutes of short-game drills before every simulator session.

Natasha is officially in the Single Digits! 📉⛳️ Hu Natasha is officially in the Single Digits! 📉⛳️ Huge congratulations to Natasha for an incredible run of performance! Not only did she recently place T-2 at the Bears Club for the Doubles Golf Championship, but she has officially broken through to a 9.9 handicap.

Natasha is a prime example of what happens when you commit to the SMART approach:
⛳️ In the Hitting Bay: Working with Coach Nico for over a year, she’s seen a massive spike in her accuracy, distance, and—most importantly—her confidence over the ball.
💪 In the Gym: Training with Marissa for 2+ years, Natasha has leveled up her strength and mobility, resulting in noticeable distance gains with both her irons and her driver. 🚀 

What’s next? Natasha isn't resting on her laurels. Her off-season goal is to leverage her new consistency to chase even more clubhead speed.

We are so proud of your hard work and dedication, Natasha! We can’t wait to see you climb even higher in 2026.

Happy New Year! 🥂 The calendar has turned, and the Happy New Year! 🥂 The calendar has turned, and the "New Year, New Me" posts are everywhere. But for the golfer who truly wants to get better in 2026, we’re proposing a different mantra: New Year, New Process.

Most golfers start January by setting an outcome goal:
❌ "I want to break 90." 
❌ "I want to gain 20 yards."

The problem? You can’t control the score on the card, but you can control the work you do on a Tuesday night in the simulator. This year, we’re challenging you to stop obsessing over the results and start falling in love with the training process.

Better golf in 2026 is a byproduct of:
✅ Consistent mobility routines that protect your back.
✅ Purposeful practice sessions (not just "beating balls").
✅ Committing to the swing changes your coach prescribed, even when it feels "weird."

If you master the process, the lower scores will find you.
