If you want to keep your energy high and your scores low through all 18 holes, here is your on-course performance blueprint:

💧 The 3-Hole Hydration Rule: Don't chug a full bottle of water on the 9th green and expect it to fix a headache. Drink 4–6 ounces of water or electrolytes every 3 holes to maintain a consistent baseline.
