Ethan grew up in Southwest Missouri where he developed a love for sports and competition. As a multi-sport athlete, he competed in football, wrestling, and track and field throughout his athletic career. During that time, he became interested in strength and conditioning and the role proper training plays in improving performance and helping athletes stay healthy.
He went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Missouri Southern State University before continuing his education at Logan University, where he completed his Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning. Along the way, Ethan gained experience working with athletes and clients of all ages, from youth and high school athletes to adults looking to improve their strength, movement, and overall fitness.
In addition to his academic background, Ethan has several years of experience working as a private sports performance coach and as a football coach at Webb City High School. Through these roles, he has helped athletes develop strength, speed, and power while building confidence in their abilities. He enjoys helping people understand how proper training can improve both performance and longevity in sports like golf.
Outside of the gym, Ethan enjoys staying active through training and traveling whenever he can. He is a big sports fan who enjoys attending sporting events and following a variety of teams. He also enjoys watching live music, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his two dogs.
