Fitness COACH

Dylan is a dedicated and driven fitness professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Iowa State University, where he also pursued a minor in General Business.

Dylan’s passion for strength and conditioning has been evident through his role as an Olympic Strength & Conditioning Intern at Iowa State University Athletics Department. Here, he has overseen strength and conditioning coaches, coached and cued athletes on technique, and designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for a variety of sports teams, including Volleyball, Soccer, Tennis, Swim and Dive, Men’s and Women’s Golf, Softball, Wrestling, and Gymnastics. With a particular focus on Men’s and Women’s golf. He had the opportunity to experience practices, observe players hitting balls, watch them play at their top-tier facility, and develop strong relationships with all the athletes.

Dylan is currently working towards his Level One TPI Certification and looking to expand his TPI certifications. He is passionate about the relationship between fitness and sports performance, particularly in golf. Dylan loves to play golf and is always willing to participate in golf-related activities. He believes that a tailored approach to training can help individuals achieve their highest potential, whether older adults or high-performance athletes.
