Kyle Pecka is a graduate of Western Michigan University. In addition to being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Instructor, Kyle also holds Golf Fitness Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Kyle has spent his entire post college career in the fitness industry working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Even though he played golf his entire life, it wasn’t until he worked in a golf shop during college that Kyle knew he wanted to be involved in the golf world as a part of his career. Once the golf fitness trend started to take off he decided it was time to start making the move towards golf and focus mainly on helping golfer’s improve their games through a proper fitness program.
He believes that by setting realistic goals and developing an appropriate game plan specifically designed to meet those goals much more can be achieved than could be with no plan in place, regardless of perceived effort. Kyle’s programs are designed around each person’s needs and focus first on strengthening weak areas to reduce risk of injury before moving on to optimizing performance. He is a firm believer in the idea that working hard in the wrong direction can do more harm than good, which is why it is important to be put on the correct path towards improvement and stay the course.
