The 3 Tiers of Development at SMART Golf & Fitness are designed to guide a golfer’s progression from foundational skills to peak performance.

⛳️ Train: Focuses on movement patterns, mechanics, and technique. The goal is to build a solid foundation without worrying about shot outcomes, using feedback tools like video analysis and mirrors to ingrain proper movements.

⛳️ Practice: Shifts the focus to skill-building, specifically improving contact, ball flight, and consistency. Here, the primary feedback is the outcome of the shot, helping golfers refine their skills both indoors and outdoors.

⛳️ Play: The ultimate goal—playing the game. This tier emphasizes course management, hitting fairways, greens, and scoring efficiently. It's about translating skills into performance under real-game conditions, aiming for the lowest score possible.

Of course, there was risk in leaving a "stable" job to pursue the dream of becoming a professional golfer. But it's important to recognize that every choice carries risk.

The real question to ask is: what’s riskier? Staying in a 9-to-5 job that feels unfulfilling, or going all-in to chase a dream, even if it means facing potential failure?

Is it more dangerous to take that leap, or to stay comfortable and live with the haunting “what if” that comes from never trying? While we couldn’t know for sure if making it on tour was realistic for Sean, we believed wholeheartedly that only good things would come from the courage to try.

And we were right.
