fitness COACH

Nick is a sports and athletics fanatic. He grew up in Schaumburg where his passion for sports and fitness developed from playing a variety of sports as a child. His competitive nature led him to becoming a Varsity basketball player at Schaumburg High School. 

Nick earned a degree in Kinesiology from Iowa State University where he specialized in Exercise Science. During his time there he worked with the Iowa State Club Hockey team as their Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Throughout his career he worked with people of all ages and athletic ability to help them achieve their fitness goals including many athletes from youth to professional. Nick has a NASM Golf Fitness Certification and has been training golfers since 2021. Nick is driven by his ability to help others reach their goals and enjoys coaching people through their athletic and fitness journey.
