Fitness COACH

Ally is a graduate of the University of Dayton where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a concentration in Exercise and Movement Science. During her studies, she became a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. 

While at the University of Dayton she worked as a personal trainer for the University’s recreation center, where she also worked in the Competitive Sports department. In her various roles, she had the experience of helping the members of the community to reach their fitness goals as well as supervising and officiating various sports such as volleyball, basketball, soccer, flag football, hockey, and softball. Aside from officiating, she has played a wide variety of sports herself throughout her career, even playing volleyball throughout her time at Dayton. 

Through her experience in training and athletics, she recognizes the importance of feeling your best physically in order to see improvements in your sport and in your quality of life. Ally loves to help people to find value in fitness as it benefits them mentally and emotionally as well as physically. Ally is dedicated to helping all of her clients to find a balance between golf and fitness in order to move better, feel better, and play better.
