DESCRIPTION:Golf is more fun when you have people to play with. Training should be no different. \nStarting this August\, we’re launching Barbells & Beverages\, a recurring Tuesday and Thursday evening event at SMART Golf Northbrook designed to bring our community together both inside and outside the gym. \nWhether you’re training for more distance off the tee\, looking to stay healthy\, or simply want to connect with other golfers who share your passion\, this is your chance to train in an environment built around improvement and camaraderie. \nEvent Schedule\n\n\n6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Coach-Led Group Strength Training \n\n\nAn energizing\, high-yield workout led by our expert fitness coaches to build core stability\, explosive power\, and golf-specific durability. \n\n\n\n\n7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Social Hour in the Players Lounge \n\n\nStick around for a drink\, watch live tournament coverage\, talk golf\, and unwind after work with fellow SMART members. \n\n\n\n\nEvent Details & Logistics\n\n\nWhen: Every Tuesday & Thursday evening from August 4th through December 3rd (with potential to extend) \n\n\nWhere: SMART Golf & Fitness – Northbrook Clubhouse \n\n\nCost: $50 per class for members \n\n\nGuests Welcome! Members are encouraged to bring a friend\, spouse\, or family member. \n\n\nFirst-Time Guests: $25 \n\n\nRecurring Guest Visits: $50 per class \n\n\n\n\nHow to Sign Up & Attend\nNo complex online registration required\, no pressure\, just show up! \nTo register upon arrival\, members and guests will simply check in on the sign-in sheet at the front desk prior to class. All fees for both the member and their accompanying guest will be conveniently processed through the member’s account on file following the session. \nBring a friend\, bring your spouse\, or come solo\, we’ll take care of the rest. Your best golf doesn’t just come from great coaching; it comes from being surrounded by a community that makes you want to keep showing up!
